• Advice provided on auction vs Buy It Now
• A minimum price / reserve expectation may be set (subject to fees and platform conditions)
• Buy It Now listings may be used on www.goldcupcards.com

Auction listings (including $1 start auctions) carry inherent risk, and final sale price is determined by market demand.

If the Client does not respond within 48 hours, the Consignor reserves the right to proceed with a strategy deemed appropriate.

8. Sales Platforms

Cards may be listed on:
• CardHobby
• eBay
www.goldcupcards.com

Different platforms may operate under different fee structures, including buyer premiums or seller fees.

The Consignor reserves the right to select the most appropriate platform and move listings where necessary to optimise the sale outcome.

9. Buyer Default, Returns & Chargebacks

Buyers may fail to complete payment or initiate disputes, returns, or chargebacks.

The Consignor will take reasonable steps to resolve such matters, including relisting where appropriate.

The Consignor is not liable for buyer non-payment, platform-enforced refunds, or chargebacks beyond its control.

Chargebacks After Payout
• The Client agrees to reimburse the Consignor for the full sale amount upon request; or
• Ownership of the card may transfer to the Consignor upon written notice

Where ownership transfers:
• The Client may request to repurchase the card at the original sale price (subject to availability)

The Consignor reserves the right to determine the most appropriate resolution.

  • These fees are standard for online transactions and are deducted during payment processing.

  • Under the Founding Consignors Offer, the Consignor does not charge any additional commission.

  • The Client receives 100% of the net sale proceeds after platform or payment fees (if applicable).

  • Platform structures vary depending on where the card is sold.

  • The Consignor will advise on platform selection where appropriate to maximise net return.
