RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase please contact us within 7 days of receipt at shipping@goldcupcards.com.

Cancellations

Cancellations can be processed before dispatch. Cancellations will be subject to a 3.5% cancellation fee of the total order value. This is to cover non-refundable card transaction fees incurred by us. This fee will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please ensure you inspect the condition of your items upon receipt. If an item arrives damaged or not as described please contact us so we can rectify the situation as soon as possible for you.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of sealed product in the trading card and collectibles industry, we cannot offer returns or exchanges. Unless the item has arrived damaged.

Shipping

You will be responsible for the shipping and insurance costs of returning your item. We strongly encourage you to use tracked delivery options. Depending depending on the value of the items we would also encourage additional insurance. We cannot be held responsible for any loss/damage during the return shipping process.

We will alert you once we have received any returned items.

Refunds

If we find that a refund is due you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method.
