Considered by some to be one of Kaka's Rookie Cards (not sticker), this is a beautiful colour match plus gold foil card from his debut season at AC Milan. 
 
Kaka certainly hit the ground running as he won Serie A Footballer of the Year 2004 in his first season in Italy. 
 
He was simply unplayable during his time at AC Milan. Remember that performance vs Manchester Utd? Kaka went on to win several team and individual accolades including a Serie A Title, UEFA Champions League Winners Medal and the Ballon D'or. 
 
A truly exquisite card of a phenomenal player in his first season at AC Milan.
